The annual CHYRC Christmas Dinner will be held on December 17, 2022 at 6 pm.  The chef will be serving:  Caesar salad, herb roasted pork loin with mushroom demi glace – over baked fingerling potatoes, asparagus and dijon aioli.  We will finish with cheesecake with a wild berry compote.  The cost is $25 per person.  Please make your reservation at the Colington Harbour office.
