Those of you who chose Adele Page or Mike Page as your proxy for the upcoming CHYRC Annual meeting, must now choose a new proxy to vote on your behalf. Below is a link to allow you to print a new proxy form. Click on the form name below, print it, fill out all necessary information, sign and date it (required), and insert the form in an envelope addressed as follows:

Make sure to include your return address on the envelope and either (1) mail it to the above address, or (2) bring it to the CH Clubhouse and drop it in the CHYRC mail slot at the end of the main hallway, or (3) you may scan it and attach it to your email, then send it to: secretary@chyrc.org. We are a private club located in beautiful Colington Harbour on The Outer Banks that is open for membership to anyone living in the Harbour as a property owner or year-round resident.
Members of the Colington Harbour Yacht and Racquet Club have use of the pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse. To become a member is simple: just download and print the application for membership under the “Join Club” tab above, fill it out, and return it to the address on the application with the appropriate membership dues. You can also pick up an application at the clubhouse and leave your membership information in the CHYRC drop box on the door behind the stairwell or mail it to the address on the application. Either way, you can become a member by this summer and be able to use our wonderful facilities for the entire season!
